SENIOR PASTOR

Rick Burnam is the Senior Pastor of Mitchell Community Church accompanied by his lovely wife Joan. They both grew up in our local area. Rick has served in various ministry capacities over the years, church planting, pastoring, teaching, and more. He and Joan were missionaries in Mexico for 20 years and can speak fluent Spanish. They have four adult children and five grandchildren. Pastor Rick has a passion for preaching and teaching the Word of God and disciplining others!

DISCIPLESHIP PASTOR

Rex Wright is the Calling and Discipleship Pastor at Mitchell Community Church and has never met a stranger! He and his wife Carol have a great love for people and desire to share the love of Jesus with everyone they meet. Carol has a great ministry in music as our pianist. Rex and Carol have two adult children.

YOUTH PASTOR

Augie Melo is the new Youth Pastor at Mitchell Community Church. He was raised in Turlock and recently graduated from Liberty University with a bachelor’s degree in ministry. Pastor Augie has a passion for youth ministry and a desire to see the next generation of students saved and surrendered.
